Okay so I probably should have started some of this a while or kept my fitness up a bit in the first place ... still 6 weeks to go and the finger is firmly out of my backside.
According to my height my ideal healthy weight is 152 pounds, and my recommended weight range is between 135 and 168 pounds.
Do what now ... I'm 204 !!
I dunno what joker decided that ... a rake of a man I imagine !
Even so I AM carrying a bit more than I'd like and I want to carry as little up as I need to .... one thing I can tell you is that I wont be losing 3 and a half stone !! ... Not even in a dream !!
